Nothing huge, but a couple of small tweaks:

• Loadout now explicitly affects stealth and sound in addition to size.
• Vendettas now add additional pressure during pressure gain instead of eating a downtime activity. I think this is a more interesting constraint, especially given that you could always just buy the extra activities back anyway.
